When I inspect a home, I inspect it as if I am going to live in it or a family member is. I also provide free follow up service to my clients. If I can not answer your question on the phone, I will come to your home to look at it free of charge.

Mark does a GREAT job for sure. He always goes "the extra mile" and I've been very impressed with him since working with Mark.
He did a preliminary home inspection for my $2.5 million property and both me and my client were VERY PLEASED. It was very important to have someone knowledgeable on this job, so that my seller could prepare the home to sell and get it at its best shape possible.
I was amazed at his knowledge and professionalism of Mark and going the extra mile. In addition, his follow-up and follow-through is wonderful. You can tell that he cares about doing a good job, but he also cares about his clients and those working with him.

BeSure Home Inspection Service is a knowledgeable company run with integrity and consistency. I have dealt with Mark, the owner, and know him to be forthright and experienced. He is constantly expanding his knowledge base by studying the latest trends, such as green energy renovation. I trust Mark to contact every referral I send to him in a timely manner and know that I can count on him to go above and beyond the normal home inspector in making sure that my clients are getting the most thorough service possible. I know BeSure Home Inspection Service is also involved with an inner city Not For Profit organization and is assisting them in educating homebuyers, as well as working to improve that community through various projects. These projects will improve market values, educate the citizens and set a national standard for green renovation. BeSure Home Inspection Service is the only inspection company that I refer any clients to and I believe that once you have used their services, it is the only company you will ever use again!
