- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Green World provides clear, upfront estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and labor involved. Most landscaping and hardscaping projects are quoted as flat-rate estimates rather than hourly, so customers know exactly what to expect. We do not charge for estimates. If additional work is identified outside the original scope, it is discussed and approved before moving forward. Our pricing reflects proper site preparation, quality materials, and long-term solutions, not shortcuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the customer’s goals, concerns, and property conditions. If needed, we schedule an on-site visit to assess grading, drainage, access, and design considerations. After the visit, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work. Once approved, the project is scheduled and we communicate clearly throughout the process. Our focus is organization, communication, and delivering exactly what was discussed.

In addition to years of hands-on experience in landscaping and hardscaping, Montanna attended school for Business Entrepreneurship, which plays a big role in how Green World operates. That background helps ensure projects are not only built correctly in the field, but also managed professionally, from clear estimating and scheduling to communication, organization, and customer service. We combine real-world installation experience with strong business practices to deliver reliable, well-run projects.
