- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages range from $725-$2750 depending on the experience you are looking for. We require 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to hear from you! Typically we schedule a call to go over the details of your event including your venue, drinks you will be purchasing, how many guests, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience in product, sales & marketing as well as customer service.
