- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary with the size of the project. Why should folks with a simple basement project, pay the same price as folks that include a bathroom, wetbar, media room or other additions to theirs. Price, price, price, shop, shop, shop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
NO money up front, pay for your project as each goal is achieved on the estimate. To many crooks out there trying to rip folks off. If a contractor can't afford your project, chances are he won't be around to finish it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in 1985, this isn't brain surgery folks. Attended Warren County Career Center to get licence for electrical & Warren County licence number. Always make sure that your contractor is licenced & insured and always verify that the insurance certificate is valid with the issuing company.
