The technicians were knowledgeable and willing to answer all of the questions I had, including speaking with a family member out of state ensuring I was comfortable with the proposed plan for repair. They were able to repair my AC quickly so that my family is prepared for the 80 degree weather

Holly took my after hours call when my furnace failed in zub-zero temps. She texted with me for hours, troubleshooting prior to first available appointment. She was a big help even before having someone on-site.Brendon, the on-site technician, was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He confirmed failed part after one or two red herrings were identified. Offered solutions that were considerate of my family's needs. This is exactly how you hope your HVAC company will respond in an emergency. Thanks!

Mr. Lawson it is our pleasure to serve you and your family with your home comfort needs. These extreme cold temps are very rare and can be alarming with the furnace's operation etc. We look forward to being able to continue to take care of your family.

Seth and Sam were terrific. Replacing a defective furnace (provided by another HVAC company) with a brand-new quiet Lennox was handled professionally, personably, and quickly. Id highly recommend these two for any heating and cooling installations. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees! We offer a 10% discount on parts and services to people who are signed up for our HVAC maintenance plan as well!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start by introducing ourselves and describe what we are here to do. Once we discuss everything with the new customer, we will then do a full system look over to ensure a full picture is gathered of the equipment. We will collect all the readings on the system being examined and compile them into a full comprehensive report that will be sent to the customer before service is complete. This report will grade the system as to it's general health and wellbeing on an A to F scale from 0% to 100%.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are EPA universal certified and engage in on-going education throughout the year.
