We charge by the project. Rarely will we charge by the hour as it is better for the client this way. If an issue arises, people are not standing around costing you more money,

Clearly understanding what they want done. Then guiding them through the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the director I have over 25 years experience managing a contracting business. With this comes the knowledge of what needs to be done so things run smoothly. I have worked with masters in all trades and understand and convey with understanding to my clients what needs to be done in each phase of every process.
