Had a rodent issue evey winter for the past decade. Had multiple well known pest control companies come out. I would spend a bunch of money for them to set a few traps and leave... My realtor gave my Landons number.. He came out same day for a fraction of the price, took his time to throughly inspect, Found how they have been getting in, sealed it. Set dozens of traps.. first two nights caught more than anyone else.. Came back for a follow up service about a week later.. No further activity was found.. He even got up and baited ny attic for further prevention..
It's been almost a year.. Nothing!. Not a squeak. 100% recommend this guy.. he's the seal team 6 of pest control!.
