- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on Man Hours. We work either hourly or come up with a fixed cost based upon the estimated number of hours that we determine the job will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the clients home or office. Take pictures and notes on the areas to be serviced and the expectations of the client. We prepare a quote on site and email it to the client for review. Upon acceptance of quote we will schedule the client for service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Great lakes was started by a Police Officer who had many years experience in the landscape industry, his Father and Brother who all had worked in the landscape/construction trade. The landscape knowledge and experience combined makes up over 50yrs of experience.
