- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After being a lector at my church, my sister-in-law wanted to have me perform her ceremony, so I became ordained in 2010 and enjoyed it so much, I kept on doing it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings & receptions are naturally the most common, but I am also able to do funeral services and, as a DJ, I have done school and church functions, club gigs & birthday parties.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A classmate from high school is also an ordained clergyman, but not in Ohio. Two days before the wedding, he discovered that his paperwork would not be processed until AFTER the wedding. Luckily, we are still connected through Facebook, so he contacted me and I was able to fill in and ease everyone's minds.
