- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the job and also have an hourly rate for service calls. I believe in fair pricing. I believe in the ways of doing business that I was taught over 20 yrs ago.I am not trying to be rich but I do believe in getting paid for the quality of my work and price accordingly. My clients are my best form of advertisement and I stand behind my work. Word of mouth ie: my clients happiness is still where I prefer to invest my resources.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honestly my process varies by job size, type of client (homeowner, landlord, HOA) and my individual client needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold multiple certificates in residential and commercial waterproofing systems. I also trained with a master plumber for 6 years and worked on everything from your outside water faucet to potable water boilers. I have worked on electrical systems from complete outdoor commercial lighting applications to figuring out why a client's outlet stopped working. I enjoy and have extensive experience handling maintenance and repairs for HOA's and Condo association's.
