Chris responded promptly to my request for service for a mice problem. After we discussed the issue he proceeded to lay the traps and bait in strategic areas. He then inspected outside to see if there were any cracks that they could have entered through. There wasn’t any. The conclusion was that they entered through a crack in my fireplace.
