I would rate my experience 5 out of 5, but the system would only allow me to pick 3. Manuel was extremely professional, timely. He even did some extra adjusting to make sure my lock fit the door and closed properly.

Manuel was on time and unstuck my mailbox key. He initially did not want to honor the waiving of the $30 service call since I hired him to do the work, but I showed him this offer on his Thumbtack account and he agreed to waive the charge in the end. He charged me $100 to spray WD40 and to get the lock working. I'm glad to have my mailbox working, and the charge was reasonable.
