They were happy to come to an inspection for free and then tell me I didn’t have bedbugs. Such a needed relief! I couldn’t get off work so I left a key and they came in and out with no one home with no issues. Very happy!

I would like to thank everyone that I talked to and had the pleasure of meeting. They were all very friendly and easy to talk to about my situation. Paige and her helper was very thorough on getting rid of the bedbugs. And they give you a year warranty in case I get them back. And I will be calling them every year to come and retreat so I never have to deal with bedbugs again. And the cost was very resonable considering they are the only ones that offer a year warranty. So if you have bedbugs please don't hesitate to call BedBug Solutions of Cincinnati. They will take great care of you.

For the first time in a year and half, I've been able to sleep without nightmares of bed bugs. I've tried to treat them myself with products I've bought online. Evertime I thought it had worked only to find live bugs or bites on my children a week later. It has been 3 weeks since bedbug solutions has been to our house and I have found no live bugs and no bites on my kids. I put off calling in a professional because of horror stories of cost and ineffectiveness. I wish I would have called in BedBug Solutions sooner. We can finally have guests over without worrying about spreading bugs or getting reinfested. I highly recommend Beg Bug Solutions to anyone with a bedbug problem. The price was so much better than I ever thought it would be!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the job and the home or space being treated. We do not have staggered pricing, we price out the job so you know what your total cost will be. We do not charge per visit like most pest control companies!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is the first step in our process. Many times we are able to get enough information about your situation that we are able to give you a free estimate over the phone. If you have been dealing with a bed bug infestation for more than 6 months, we may need to schedule a free bed bug inspection to put together a bed bug treatment plan!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly doing continuing education to keep our license up to date. Since we focus solely on bed bugs, we are able to research the best products on the market that are designed solely to exterminate bed bugs!
