- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Much of the service fees are to cover the time spent in post production, where each photo is individually edited. We are more than happy to work with variable budgets, locations, and objectives to ensure quality service and products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make the process as simple as possible for the clientele. Once the objective for the shoot has been set, a quote, date, and time frame for the turnaround is also set. After the shoot, we take about a week to retouch and edit each photo personally, where they are electronically sent in full resolution to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Colin Shimrock, head photographer, has studied photography techniques under Shannon Eggleston with Caturra photography since 2012, as well as practiced through annual PhotoPro Expos, and formal photography courses at Saint Xavier High School and Miami University.
