We have been in communication with Andrey for about a month prior to him doing the work on our flipped property. We had a couple projects to do before we got him in but as soon as we were ready Andrey accommodated us and got the work done as soon as we needed. He is now our go to electrician for all of our flips. Great guy, very professional and does incredible work!!! He installed 14 recessed lights with dimmers, new outlet in bathroom, new panel and new meter base with wiring.

Kokhanevich Electric performed the following services at my home: installed recessed lighting on both floors, fixed outlets, installed two new lighting fixtures, installed and tested fire/co alarm, installed motion detector and dusk sensor on outside lights. Andre Kokhanevich was responsive and promptly scheduled an appointment to provide me an estimate for the job. A reasonable Estimate was provided same day. Scheduled for the work quickly, and he was on time and efficient on the job. He was neat and he performed quality work. I have nothing but praise for him. I will look no further for an electrician.
