Introduction: I am a 200-hour yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance.
I specialize in teaching yoga for everybody. My passion is teaching beginners on how to build body awareness and acceptance by adapting my classes for all body shapes and sizes.
I have completed certification for teaching "Yoga for Round Bodies" led by Tiina Veer.
I am also a Reiki master and enjoy combining yoga and Reiki.
