I have been in the cleaning industry for more than a decade. Throughout this time my goal has been not only meet my customers expectations but exceed them. I offer a customized cleaning service because I believe every home is different and thus has different needs, I like to evaluate my customers homes in order to determine what I need to do in order to reach the highest level of cleanliness. I then discuss this and any customer concerns with them. I take pride in my attention to detail and customer satisfaction. That's why my work is guaranteed. The thing that I enjoy most about what I do is hearing the happiness in my customers voices when they tell me how happy they are to have a clean home (and that I am the best cleaning person that they've ever had). I also enjoy the feeling that I get after a job well done!

I needed the walls & woodwork (window and door frames) washed in three rooms ( family room, kitchen cabinets and dinning room after my husband de-grouted the tiles and left a dusty mess in the house. Renee came on time, was prepared to work ( brought her step ladder & supplies, I supplied the buckets and cleaning solutions of my choice). After a brief explanation of what I needed, she worked diligently to complete the task. Renee was very pleasant, professional, respectful of my my home and our personal space, she even gave me some great cleaning tips. She did a fabulous job,worked diligently,cleanly and orderly. I am extremely pleased with the result and her work ethic. Thank you so much for completing a job I could not have done myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to evaluate my customer's homes in order to determine what I need to do in order to achieve the highest level of cleanliness. I then discuss what I find in addition to any customer issues with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from the experience I've gained by having my own business, I also have worked for two cleaning companies in the past.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My friends and family encouraged me to start a cleaning business after I bought a home that needed a lot of TLC, They saw what a difference I made in my home and encouraged me to start a business making a difference in other people's homes.
