I hired Joel for personal training/cardio kickboxing and have been working out with him 4 times a week, for about a month now and I can honestly say I am beyond satisfied. He is constantly changing up my workout for my physical needs, always pushes me and motivates me to where I need to be in my workout, and always flexible with my schedule. The workouts are fun and very different from being in a gym with a trainer. If you are looking for someone in the Cleveland area he is defiantly the one to go to.. Never been more happy with a trainer or myself.
Mr. Kevin Kane has changed my life in one of the most positive ways I could ever imagine! For as long as I've been involved with martial arts, I've never worked as much, learned as much, or gained as much than being involved with Instructor Kevin and his lessons. Not only will someone increase their confidence and awareness of his/her own self-protection, but will also learn valuable life skills that are both emotionally and spiritually enlightening. Mr. Kane is one of the most unique martial artisits I have ever seen. He is also humble in his talents and thoughtful of the person learning; he is never eager to show you how tough or powerful he is, but has the right amount of control needed to help the student become the better martial artist.
Mr. Doyle is a GREAT instructor. He definitely goes Above and Beyond my expectations. He is always on time and often goes a little longer than scheduled to explain the movement until I understand. I have been working with him for a year now. I started out learning karate 2 days a week for 1 hour. After a few months, he became my Personal Trainer. We meet every Sat. am for 30-45 minutes. I look forward to my sessions with Mr. Doyle. I now attend 4-6 classes each week and work with Mr. Doyle in a private lesson. I've lost 50 lbs., toned up and gained new muscle. We add a little more to my regime every few weeks. So now I attend kickboxing and yoga at the studio as well. When I started last year, I was completely out of shape, suffering from uncontrolled diabetes(taking 2 different insulin shots, 1 at every meal) and had constant knee and shoulder pain. It was hard in the beginning, but Mr. Doyle encouraged me to keep going and to only do what I could do without injuring myself. He was very patient, but pushed me to do just a little more each class. With each class I attended, I got stronger, started losing weight and felt healthier. My Doctor took me off 1 of my insulins and the other is now only 2 times a day. The pain in my knees and shoulders went away as I built muscle. I love working with Mr. Doyle and seeing the results of the hard work we been put into it. I encourage anyone interested in getting healthier to work with Mr. Doyle. With him YOU get Results. Don't let anything hold you back from the life you dream of.

Dr. Kano, President of the University of Education, Tokyo, studied these ancient forms and integrated what he considered to be the best of their techniques into what is now the modern sport of Judo.
