College Now has worked with GHIIS since 2010. The team is extremely knowledgeable and efficient in all matters, whether it be a routine update to the web site that is beyond my WordPress expertise or troubleshooting a significant issue that comes up. We'd left GHIIS briefly in 2016 when we launched our new web site (leaving had nothing to do with my satisfaction with their work), only to come running back because of the high level of customer service in terms of maintenance response times. One of the things I appreciate the most about GHIIS is their client portal, which allows me to see where they are in the process of working on a ticket. It's easy to use, and it's a great way to keep all of the communication between me and the GHIIS team in one place. I'd highly recommend GHIIS for anyone, but particularly for people like me and organizations like College Now that have limited budgets for web design and maintenance. With GHIIS, you get big bang for your buck and exceptional customer service!

GHI Internet Services does web maintenance/design and organic SEO for us. They were very helpful with with creating a design we liked as well as implementing this new site in a timely manner.
