- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have NO complicated pricing system nor should any professional. I maintain an ongoing budget in which details and fees are written in "cement" and shared with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Accreditation by the Public Relations Society of America involved a seven-hour written test and a two-hour oral exam. My ongoing education is keeping abreast of what others in my field(s) are achieving as well as trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born with ink in my blood. My dad was a newspaper editor and mom was a volunteer secretary for many organizations.
