- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After initial consultation, project pricing can be negotiated for either an hourly rate or project cost. Project pricing is specific to the requirements involved and will be discussed with the client prior to job commencement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Direct communication is always the initial step to a successful working relationship. I always begin with a conference call or web meeting with all available materials to assess complete understanding of the project requirements and deliverables.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my education and professional experience directly relates to my work. As a mechanical designer, I have the technical foundation and the working expertise that result in successful project accomplishments across a wide range of projects and materials. I am very experienced in working on projects from beginning conceptualization through to manufactured product.
