- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically ask customers to go by pricing on my website. Any additional editing that may be more difficult is an additional price. If I am unable to do a certain photo I am not afraid to let them know so they are not disappointed with the outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a phone call to discuss what type of photos they are in need of, dates, and cost.We go over my previous experience, and what to expect from me. From there I set a date, location, and time to meet for the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience in photography. I worked at a family photo studio, I have photographed many weddings, and also take photography classes from Lakeland Community College. I am always updating my skill level through new classes.
