David did an amazing job getting the party started. When planning a wedding, being stressed is almost a given. The worst thing that could happen is having a terrible dj/mc to host your event. David made our ceremony and reception a night to remember and thats exactly how it should be. He was punctual, charasmatic and had no problem getting all our freinds and family to join in on the dance floor. He even participated in dancing every chance he got!!! We had a reception for our wedding at Poelking Lanes South in their VIP suite. We had around 120 guests. David Wallace served as our DJ for the evening and he was fantastic! Our guests had so much fun and Dave fulfilled all of their song requests. The dance floor was full all night! He also did a wonderful job at making announcements on the fly. David was an attentive, energetic, very knowledgeable DJ! He listened to everything my husband and I asked for on our special day. Made sure to check in with us throughout the evening, and kept the party GOING!!! He danced, got the crowd going, included all of the wedding guests in the festivities,taught folks dances, etc., everyone raved about our awesome DJ! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have three packages to choose from starting at $655. Add-ons and additional hours are available. 10% discount for military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet potential clients in a neutral location that is convenient for them. There, I will go over the basic questions regarding the event. Based off those questions and answers, we go over the plan for the big day. Because of my military background, I am very detail oriented. I like to plan the whole day to the minute! I will give the potential client all the planning documents we go over, and then after the appointment I email a digital version of what we went over at the meeting. Now that I have my website (AirborneEntertainmentDJ.com) up and going, this process can happen online if you so chose. I know how hard it is to take time to meet with all the vendors. Doing it online makes life for you that much easier. I like to have a follow-up meeting within two weeks of the event to finalize all the details to have a smooth and successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Attended the DJ Times DJ Expo and Attended many workshops to greatly improve my craft.
