FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have known since I was a little girl playing with my Dad's film camera, that this is what I wanted to do with my life. So after high school I went to college and studied photography and art. I graduated with my degree and never looked back. I only look forward and look for new ways to keep improving my skills and technique.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't wait till the last night! It brakes my heart to have to tell a bride or a family that I already have something scheduled on the same day they wanted. The sooner you start planning the more options you will have!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One thing I would like my clients know about me and what I do is, I capture A LOT! I have been told by other photographers that I take way to many photos at weddings. I like to say that I don't take to many, I am just very detail oriented and when I photograph weddings and events I will capture every last detail. That way when you look back 5 or 10 years from now you have photographs of all the beautiful details you spent some much time on. I know that I wouldn't want to forget a special detail if it were my own wedding or event, and I don't want you to miss it either.
