This review is long overdue! I just recently reached out to Jacob for the third time for my media room. I have added and tweaked some things around over the past few years and each time Jacob and crew have done an excellent job catering to my changes. They are always polite, punctual and the work is always cleanly done! I also appreciate his recommendation for a remote that is high functioning, yet easy to understand! Jacob was amazing to work with. He was prompt and very professional. He put 6 recessed canned lights in my dads ceiling in three hours, start to finish. That’s including a detailed cleanup he did after the lights were in. I couldn’t have been happier, I highly recommend Jacob and TechKinect, and I definitely plan to use him again. Thanks Jacob.

I had what turned out to be a small internet problem. Jason was prompt in replying and setting up an appointment. He was delayed somewhat by a prior job, but he kept me informed by phone, so that was not a problem. He was able to lead me through the wiring in my house and provided me with a reasonable estimate as to what an expansion of our ethernet network would involve. Finally, he was polite and considerate to a fault. I recommend him highly and will turn to him for any future networking issues.

I called on TechKinect a 2nd time after having such great service on their first visit! It was a simple task of troubleshooting sound bars, cleaning up cords, and giving advice as to how to keep our Smart TV up to date with ever changing technology. The technicians are so knowledgeable and willing to share any and all info that may help. They were willing to work me into their crazy busy schedule and gave me the same professional treatment as if I was a commercial business! It's awesome having a local veteran-owned company that genuinely cares about each client, no matter how big or small. Jacob and crew are fantastic and I highly recommend!!
