- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide range of services from electrical wiring to installation and repair of electronic / I.T. equipment. Pricing can vary depending on materials needed, scope of work, duration of completion and other factors that are not the same with each project. We will provide quality work with fair pricing for any job. Obtaining a quote or consultation for your upcoming project is absolutely FREE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, a 5-10 minute phone conversation can provide us with enough details to give a good estimate. Some jobs may require a visit to the site of the project to provide an estimate. After we provide a breakdown and detailed estimate and the customer accepts, we will schedule and order any necessary materials to complete the work. We will come complete the work and then ensure the customer is happy with the completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jacob is a Marine Corps veteran and technology enthusiast. He spent 6 years working on Aviation Electronic Systems in F/A-18 fighter jets, both in the military and as a contractor. He has worked as a systems engineer for 3 years and also as an industrial electrician. He holds an MBA, BS in Computer Science and AA in Mathematics. He has experience working with many different types of technology in multiple industries. He has a background in hardware, software and systems engineering.
