- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our focus and goal is that you get the transformation you are looking for. Depending on what brings us together, and your level of commitment to do the work that will determine the recommended length of your program. It is important to understand that this isn't about time, it is about the result. Our clients get the results, some can do it in less time than others and others require more time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step with any potential client is a conversation, which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The purpose is to determine the needs of the client and whether or not we are a good fit for working together. At the end of that conversation, we either enter into a coaching package or not but the client leaves that session with actionable steps they can implement right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a certification from IIN, licensed life, health, and annuity agent in 16 states and I additionally have 20 years of coaching experience along with a diverse blend of training and education for coaching. I have worked in the health/medical industry, fitness/wellness industry, corporate America, and with a variety of different individuals needing coaching for personal to professional goals.
