hi! i’m laurynn! when i was a kid i use to sit on the bathroom floor and watch my mom do her makeup. when i finally got my hands on this stuff i didn’t want to do anything else, i really found my passion in hair school. being creative and expressive in the many avenues of hair, makeup, theatre, reading and writing have shaped who i am.
i strive to provide a safe, comfortable and accepting environment for anyone who is in my chair. i already love every crazy idea you have! fashion colors, skin fades, platinum blonde, extensions, updos and makeup, you name it we’ll do it!
when i’m not in the salon, i’m most likely at a concert, listening to music or reading any book i can get my hands on. my kitty cats, nox and nimbus, also require constant attention and belly rubs. i’ve been nearly fluent in american sign language for over ten years and i’m currently learning korean and spanish!

Laurynn did the hair and makeup for myself, my wife, and one of our bridesmaids, as well as hair for another 3 bridesmaids on our wedding day, 9/21/25. There were several hiccups on our big day and Laurynn handled them like a pro!! She was so fun to be around and so flexible when plans changed a few days before the wedding, and she made our morning getting ready so much fun!! All the girls looked beautiful, and everything turned out perfectly! I also thought her prices were very reasonable compared to some of the other artists we looked at, and (at the time I booked her) she charges the same for everyone, bride, bridesmaids, MOB, etc. which I really loved (I didn’t have to remember a bunch of different pricing options when I’m inevitably asked a thousand times lol). Overall I had a great experience with her!!!

i graduated from paul mitchell the school with honors, on the dean’s list and at the top of my class in 2020, as well as growing my talents as a makeup artist over the last ten years.
