- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price variety on a few things typically it comes down to what area project is in if it's a pain to get to. Difficulties of job if and how much man hours we may have in one's project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer I always try and meet with face to face. One for me to see h job visual and 2 foe the customer to see that I am very hands on with talking. All elements of job that they may have concerns with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 yrs exp in my field of concrete work, machine operator, dirt work. And many other things I am very well rounded on alot of things
