- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on how much volume you fill in the trailer, any extra labor not included in the base price, and any applicable extra fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it's a junk removal job or a demolition job, new customers can feel free to text or email pictures and a description of the job to us. We will look them over and respond with our estimate. If it is a more in-depth job, we can schedule a walk through for an in-person estimate.
