My husband and I will not be using this company again once they are done with our garage roof. Customer service is lacking. When we first had an estimate, the first project manager was great at first. He came promptly and assured us, he would take care of us. That went down hill fast, after he left us with a high estimate, I tried to call several times to find out why the estimate is so high. The project manager then told me through email that he is so busy that he prefers to email or text. Okay...no. So I had to call the office to switch the project managers. Our new project manager did my parents' house and they raved about him so we were happy to have him on our project. He came out was nice and we signed the contract, we were told it would take 3-5 weeks to schedule. I want to say it was a month and half later when he called to say I would get a call to schedule our roof installation that week...another month later I called the office to inquire about scheduling. They say that would let the project manager know. He called a few days later to say they were coming in a few hours...okay then! We then started to get complaints from the neighbor that the roofers were throwing wood and nails onto her deck! We had them put a tarp down to make sure they didn't damage anything. A few days late everything was done! We were so happy....until we looked at the damage. The roofers took bent our garage door track, broke our thermostat that was hanging off the side of the house and nailed our soffit so half of them were hanging off the garage. I didn't mind the soffits hanging because I thought we getting them replaced by them. When I texted the project manager, I didn't hear anything back until he came banging on our door at 630 pm. I was happy to show him our concerns and all I got was attitude, and I almost felt like I was getting blamed for everything. The next day my husband dealt with the project manager and he too had the same experience, attitude and being blamed. So we called the office and they were happy to resolve everything because they generally wanted us to have a good experience but it left a sour taste in our mouths. The office called back a few days later saying they will fix the soffits. It is now months later and our soffits are still not fixed. We did pay our bill in full and didn't ask for anything discounts or refunds. Just fix our soffits and we are good. Still no word from the office on when our soffits will be fixed. I will update the review once everything is fixed.

We had an old roof, with some leaking issues.Had numerous quotes by companies who looked at the roof for a few minutes and said they couldn't find the leak.TJ came out and gave a thorough evaluation of our roof found the source of 2 leaks, came down from the roof with multiple pictures and a video clip of some things that need replace. He gave us a quote for repair and one for a new roof.Both quotes were great and we went with a new roof.The crew came out a couple weeks later and they were done in a day.The crew was fast and did a great job.My yard had zero debris, no nails have been found and no new damage to the siding or gutters from the install.Tj was great to work with answered any and all questions we had and kept us up to date with any new developments.All in all, if you need a new roof or some repair work done, you really should give this company a call.You won't regret it.

Royalty Roofing inspected our roof after an April storm that resulted in hail and wind damage. They were able to obtain insurance approval to replace our roof after our claim was deny when submitted with information provided by another roofing contractor. Royalty Roofing kept us up to date regarding the date they would start the work at our home. The installers were very hard working and professional. After the roof was completed the installation team spent hours cleaning up our yard ensuring nothing was overlooked or left behind.
