    When my insurance company didnt what to replace my roof (just patch it) Frank did all the work needed to convince them that the roof needed replaced. HiFrank kept me informed at all times about the progress of getting the approval to replace the roof and when they could get the roof installedI am very pleased with the roof and especially with Franks concern for my well being and his reassuring me that the roof would be replaced asap
