Gary was easy to contact and answered all calls emails promptly. I also wanted someone close to use when needed and Gary lives close. I bought a new laptop and needed my data transferred from the desktop. Gary came to the house on time, transferred the data and gave me tips if I wanted to up grade the old computer. Although I thought it would 30 t0 60 mins, Gary was here a little longer. Computer is running well so I believe he delivered quality work. This was a very positive experience due to Gary's professional demeanor and put me at ease having a stranger come to my house. One improvement could be Gary being more familiar with software being used today. My laptop came with Windows 8 and neither one of us was familiar with it. For me personally, I would appreciate more suggestions and tips from Gary when I use him in the future. I was very satisfied with using Thumbtack and was glad to see you offer other services,

Gary went far and beyond my expectations when it came to helping me with my sons laptop! He was very professional and had it done in quick time.
