Spoke with Ryan about my project 1200 sq ft of LVP. Spoke about price and start date. His crew showed up the next day and knocked it out in 2 days. Finishing off the project on Monday with the quarter round. His crew is very professional, courteous and did an amazing job with the floors.

We just had Aereo Properties install 5 rooms of laminate flooring in our house and we could not be more pleased with the job that they did. Each day they arrived when they said they would, were curtious and professional in all interactions, took time to answer my questions and most importantly did an amazing job. I would hire them again and refer them confidently. If you are looking to have work done, look no further than Aereo. On a personal note the crew that we had Xavier and Rene (spelling?) were a real pleasure to get to know. Great guys and top quality craftsman!

Working with Ryan and his team was an amazing experience! Our floor needed to be replaced due to a leak in our kitchen. The floor was buckled and a trip hazard. Ryan came out, measured and gave us an estimate. His pricing was very reasonable. He estimated the job would take 3.5 days but even with their attention to detail, the job was completed in 3 days. Ryan communicated with us to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Our floor is beautiful and we will recommend Aereo Properties to anyone who needs their floors replaced.

The work crew was punctual and professional, Aereo offers VERY fair pricing, excellent quality of work. VERY happy with finished product. Will be hiring for additional work in near future to re-floor our kitchen, family room, and foyer/half bath areas. I couldn't be more pleased
