Mr. Doyle is a GREAT instructor. He definitely goes Above and Beyond my expectations. He is always on time and often goes a little longer than scheduled to explain the movement until I understand.
I have been working with him for a year now. I started out learning karate 2 days a week for 1 hour. After a few months, he became my Personal Trainer. We meet every Sat. am for 30-45 minutes. I look forward to my sessions with Mr. Doyle. I now attend 4-6 classes each week and work with Mr. Doyle in a private lesson. I've lost 50 lbs., toned up and gained new muscle. We add a little more to my regime every few weeks. So now I attend kickboxing and yoga at the studio as well.
When I started last year, I was completely out of shape, suffering from uncontrolled diabetes(taking 2 different insulin shots, 1 at every meal) and had constant knee and shoulder pain.
It was hard in the beginning, but Mr. Doyle encouraged me to keep going and to only do what I could do without injuring myself. He was very patient, but pushed me to do just a little more each class.
With each class I attended, I got stronger, started losing weight and felt healthier. My Doctor took me off 1 of my insulins and the other is now only 2 times a day. The pain in my knees and shoulders went away as I built muscle.
I love working with Mr. Doyle and seeing the results of the hard work we been put into it.
