- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices depend a lot on the size of the space being treated and the materials affected. A short consultation can oftentimes provide the details necessary to generate you an official estimate and have it to you within an hour!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In many cases we can give a FREE ESTIMATE based on a phone consultation to learn about the areas and items affected. We are available to provide immediate emergency services as needed. If you don't know what caused it yet, don't worry, we can help you figure that out when our technicians are onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
