FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Circuit Breaker panel replacement/upgrades are the only task for which I give an all inclusive estimate. All other tasks are given a labor estimate only. All receipts for material are given/shown to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make them feel at ease, personalize your visit, be honest. If you decide you may want me to do the work, give me a call, the verbal communication is much more effective than the written communication to reach your objective. An in person estimate is much more accurate. I can only give a "Ballpark" estimate without seeing the physical location/situation/conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military training in the trade, worked for contractor, Wireman apprenticeship at a steel mill, hospital maintenance, Certified apprenticeship program from the state of Ohio. Staying current on the National Electric Code, subscribe to EC&M (electrical construction and maintenance.)
