I can only say wonderful and positive things about Craft Electric. They replied very quickly to my request. I had a whole new Electric fuse box installed in my garage since it was nearly 50 years old, and I was having trouble. Eric and Dominic did an outstanding job. Beyond my expectations. Mark, who is part owner with Eric works in the office and he is extremely kind as were Eric and Dominic. They worked hard and they worked fast even though this was a little over a six hour project. It was very cold that day and it did not seem to bother them. Very professional, very knowledgeable. I will call them anytime. I need electrical work done. Also, the price was very reasonable. I have two other friends who had this done and paid much more than I did. You won’t go wrong calling them for your electrical work.

These are meant to be constructive criticisms, and not dings. Communication could have been a little better. I was given a date, but no time and had to recontact them. I requested the name(s) of who was coming, but never received them. They did cancel on me the day of, but it was understandable. They did reschedule to meet my time needs. They did let me know when they were on their way and arrived on schedule. The electricians were open and friendly, brought the items I needed installed, dealt with an unexpected issue easily and professionally. While the room was un-carpeted at the time as it was a work in progress and the floor was exposed raw flooring, they did not clean up and left bits of wire, hardware, and sheetrock dust. Not a big mess, but I was a little surprised to see that wasn't dealt with. I would use them again, but they should really take their process up a notch, and then they'd be excellent. In a world of many choices, good service will win my business every time.
