Alex was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just a good person! He was able to fix our wiring issue in less than an hour and also was able to recommend other updates we have been wanting to make to our recessed lighting. Craft Electric is the very best! We will be going to them with any future needs!!!

I found Chris from Craft Electric on Thumbtack, and my experience with him has been exceptional. From the beginning, he was incredibly helpful in explaining the intricacies of electrical work related to Google Nest doorbell cameras, especially considering the challenges posed by my almost 100-year-old house with plaster walls. His knowledge and patience were the primary reasons I decided to choose his services. After our initial contact, an electrician from Chris's team came to my house and conducted a thorough assessment of the work required, taking into account any potential obstacles. Once we agreed on the estimate, we scheduled a date and time for the work to be done. What stood out even more was that Chris personally came out to assist in troubleshooting a few issues, and he refused to accept payment until everything was completed to my satisfaction. I am highly impressed with their professionalism and dedication to ensuring the job was done right. Quote was a very fair price, not too high or low. Never felt pressured to sign. Excellent communication as to the quote / when the job would start / arrival of electrician. Even got a call to double-check to make sure the job I wanted to do made sense for my situation. Electrician was a pleasure to work with. Got done quickly and explained everything he did.
