FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At ClearOut Crew, we price based on volume, meaning how much space your items take up in our trailer. This keeps things fair, transparent, and consistent for every job. You only pay for the space you use. Whether it’s a small pickup or a full trailer, the price adjusts to your load size. No hidden fees. All labor, loading, hauling, and disposal costs are included unless special handling applies. We confirm pricing before we begin. We walk you through the load size and final cost onsite so there are no surprises. Heavier items may have additional fees. Items such as concrete, dirt, construction debris, pianos, or hot tubs may incur higher costs due to weight restrictions and disposal rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact You reach out with details about the job—photos, a description, or a quick call. This helps us understand what you need removed. Free Estimate We provide a clear, upfront estimate based on volume and the type of items. If needed, we can stop by for an in-person quote. Scheduling Once you approve the estimate, we schedule a time that works best for you—often same-day or next-day. On-Site Walkthrough When we arrive, we do a quick walkthrough, confirm the final price, and make sure you’re comfortable before any work begins. Removal & Loading We get to work right away. We handle all the lifting, hauling, and clean-up so you don’t have to do anything. Donation & Recycling Usable items are donated whenever possible, and the rest is disposed of responsibly. Final Sweep & Payment We sweep the area clean, review the completed job with you, and then take payment (cash, card, or invoice—whatever’s easiest). Follow-Up & Support We make sure you’re happy with the work and are always available for future projects or questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings real-world experience and practical knowledge from the many jobs we’ve completed — including estate clean-outs, hot tub removals, and land-clearing projects. First and foremost, safety comes first. Ensuring the well-being of our customers and employees is always at the top of our priority list.
