- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't realy have a standard pricing chart of any kind. I like to see what the jobs are and what the level work and workmanship and quality of the the materials the customer is willing to work with
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customers personally and get a feel for their expectations of the level of work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 4 generation contractor with 2 year of construction management at Northern Michigan University. I started with my dad and grandpa at the age of 12
