Our hot water tank went on an Sunday, I looked into two of the heating and cooling companies referred by Thumbtack. Quick Response got back to me that day. The other company did not contact me until a few days later. Once Doug was able to evaluate our situation he determined that our install had unforeseen circumstances that he did not expect. Instead of walking away from the job or rescheduling he made it clear to us that he was committed to getting the install completed. He had to get an alternate hot water tank and work in very tight quarters to complete the job. We are very pleased with his commitment, professionalism and the quality/value of work. We will definitely use Quick Response LLC in the future.

They can out first thing and did a tremendous job. Everything was fast, easy, and they cleaned everything to the condition it was in when they arrived. Installed a 75 gallon hot water tank, and removed the old one and hauled it away. Talk about a heavy tank! Definitely call them for your next job as you won't be disappointed!!!!!
