FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consulting with potential clients to help identify their specific needs and budgets. Giving them advise on their options and educate them about important quality options and differences. Upon agreement of project meat with them at stores and help them on the design aspects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry since 1974. Attended electrical Prentiss-ship school in Europe and acquired state license. Identified short fall of industry practices and upon customer request have been doing full construction and remodeling since 1983. Best practice to avoid call backs is to deliver proper and high quality work in the first place.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was told many of times if you know it better, you do it yourself. Bothered me to see wrong industry practices and lack of quality.
