Great work and very hard workers and nice guys who even came out in the pouring rain. Had to take off one star though as I needed the rest of the screws put in and was ignored.

If you’re in need of services, look no further. Caleb and his team were absolutely phenomenal. We initially hired them to remove some items to be taken to another location and also junk some other items in our home. We were so impressed with their professionalism, timelines and quality of service that we hired him and his team to move us all the way from Ohio to North Carolina. His team got it done on super short notice and all our items arrived on time with no issues. He’s responsive, hard working and caring and will handle business. He’s not satisfied until you are. They’re the type of crew that can get it done. My family and I are forever grateful he got our home to North Carolina. If you hire him, you won’t regret it!!!

I needed help ASAP. KB Construction was finished up for the day. First of all, my call/text was responded to quickly, but when I explained the situation I was in, I had 2 guys moving my things off a U-Haul within the hour. I will definitely use them again for a move as well as things I can’t do around the house or yard. A++ guys.

I was quoted for 4 hours to move (10am - 2pm). He showed up 30 minutes late, with one additional person as crew to move a 3-bedroom house. At 2pm he said he had to leave because he didn't have a sitter. He didn't even unload the moving truck. I had to hire another crew. Then he expected full payment even though he didn't finish.

KB Construction's reply
I understand how stressful moving can be, and I’m sorry this experience was frustrating. The original quote was for a 2-man team for a 2-bedroom home for up to 4 hours. As additional items were added during the move, the time required increased.
I was transparent about not being able to exceed the 4-hour window due to prior commitments, and only the time worked on site was charged. I also offered to return later to complete unloading so the customer wouldn’t be left without options.
We value clear communication and always aim to be fair and upfront with our clients.
