I hired Jesús from FastDrop Logistics to move a trampoline we bought as a birthday surprise for my 5-year-old. We confirmed everything clearly — 9 AM, the address, and the job details. I rearranged a doctor’s appointment to make it work, and my little kids were so excited, waiting by the window, counting down until it arrived. But he never showed. No call, no message, nothing. What was supposed to be a joyful birthday gift turned into a huge letdown. This experience was not just unprofessional — it was truly disappointing on a personal level. I can’t recommend this service to anyone.
