Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I provide my clients with a high level of professionalism and specificity. Each person is different and no one program fits all. I customize each exercise program and nutritional guideline and then my clients get that information in a hard electronic copy. I don't know anyone else out there that puts that kind of power in their clients hands. I love being in a position where I can make a true difference in someone's life. That is where my passion lies.

Chris motivates in a positive way. I am a woman in her late 50s who had never done weight training before. Working with Chris I have lost pounds and inches, which wasn't even my goal.. I was just hoping to tone up a little. He mixes it up and challenges me and I actually look forward to our weekly sessions!

Chris is very knowledgeable and takes time to understand your goals and explain the process. Could not be more pleased.

Chris is a great trainer. My son and I have both been working with him for a year and a half now and the plan we are on is definitely showing results for both of us. Chris has a great style, personality and approach with his training. He is great listener (gets to know you and your fitness goal) and works with you on a realistic program that you can manage during your everyday life which keeps you motivated. He is also supportive, flexible and is not the type that yells or screams, but motivates through positive encouragement. He has become a friend and a great mentor, role model for my 15 year old son as well. We look forward each week to meeting with him.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and am certified as an ISSA Personal Trainer and Youth Fitness Trainer. It's a requirement to take continued education courses in order to maintain my personal training certificate. Maintaining that standard is easy for me because I love learning as much as I possibly can. The more knowledgeable I am, the better equipped I can be in supporting my clients obtain their goals. I am constantly looking for new and more enjoyable ways to get a workout accomplished.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I followed my intuition and what I love doing. I enjoy meeting with people and teaching them that leading a healthy lifestyle isn't as hard as it seems.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at what you are getting for the price, figure out how dedicated a trainer is in getting you to your goals, and hold them accountable. That will help you segregate the good trainers from the ones that are just out to get a paycheck.
