- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm happy to stop by and quote any job a day's-work or more. The info is free, and an additional lens that free perspective provides, can sometimes be invaluable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what they want to accomplish is key. What do they want, and how fast do they want it? Qualifying this upfront better spends everyone's time. The best way to meet and exceed expectations at the end, is making sure everyone is clear on them at the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my skill sets and experience come directly from on-the-job training of practical applications.
