- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple. Basically you schedule an initial consultation with us which most times can be scheduled within a week. At that time we review your current systems and determine based on your network complexity, amount of work that needs done, amount of computers in the network, and what if any third party software we are supposed to help support, what your flat monthly rate would be to support it all. Generally we can give you a price the same day we come out, many times during the initial consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always! The IT Industry is constantly changing, we are always testing and learning new technology to help improve our clients systems and keep them on the cutting edge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually injured my back and had to find something that was not so hard on my back. I always had been into computers so I went to school for it at that time (while still injured) and learned everything I needed to get my start in the industry with several industry standard certifications. From there I worked as the lead engineer at a local IT company and while waiting to get my surgery decided to really push my own business doing what I did to help build that company's support systems. I worked with several different techs to develop their skills and even now they send their more difficult clients my way.
