Five stars all the way across the board. We needed 5 guys and two trucks for a big move on a steaming hot day in July:1. They called ahead and arrived on time.2. They were clean.3. They were courteous, professional and friendly.4. They don't stop working or take excessive breaks.5. They are extra careful your possessions; everything is well-padded and packed into the truck correctly.6. They went above and beyond to make this move happen quickly and efficiently.The price is the price. If you are organized and have everything boxed up and ready to go, your move will cost less than the quoted price. I have no plans to troll craigslist or google for movers ever again. These are my guys.

Very professional, polite & courteous young men! (They were recommended to us by a friend & I'm so glad that we went with Blue Men!) They kept in great communication with us before & during. They moved myself & my roommate from our different locations into our apartment & did a fantastic job! Very careful with our belongings & made sure that we were satisfied. (It was during the REALLY hot & humid days in July. 7-29-19) Even though I encouraged them to take breaks, they took very few & kept them very short. Definitely a savings from another company that I used last year. We will definitely recommend them & use them again when we move! Thank you Silas & Ben! Laura W

OK I hate to do this, and tried to get it fixed, but they did indeed earn this review ....The story: Called, talked in detail about a minor move with Kevin. Was quoted 2 to 2-1/4 hrs. Felt very good about it. Budgeted a little more of course. Good thing! The (great!) guys got to my place on time at 1. At 3:05 they were done.I'm happy. Then the driver hands me the bill: 3-1/2 hours.Whaa? When I pointed out it must be wrong, they said it included 1-1/2 hours of drive time, 45 min from their shop to my apartment, 45 minutes from my house back to the shop. I explained the quote etc. It was their last stop (on a beautiful Saturday) and I didn't want to hold them up, so I signed the paperwork (and gave them their tip) and they said they'd let Kevin know of the issue.Monday I called Kevin. I was told that drive time is charged (including between the pickup location and delivery location), basically to lump it, then offered a 1/4 hour credit. This is the heart of the issue: He knew where the pickup was, and where the delivery was. So, it was 45 minutes from their shop to the pickup, 25 minutes from pickup to the delivery address, and 45 minutes back to their shop. See the issue? That totals 1 hour 55 minutes. So the quote of 2 to 2 hours 15 minutes left FIVE TO TWENTY MINUTES to both load and unload. The guys were good, but not supermen.So one of two things happened. Either it was a genuine error and Kevin didn't own it, and tried to weasel out, OR, it was intentional to get / milk the job. I'll let you decide. Either way, be aware.Epilogue: I got angry and told Kevin to do whatever they were going to do. I got a VM from Seth a little later, but waited to cool down. Before I called him back, they charged my account. They had credited my invoice a 1/2 hour. So the move ended up costing 25% more then quoted, about what the other people I called quoted me up front.[edit: they doubled down on their lie (below). The phone call is BS and the email is BS. Watch yourself.]

After going over the details of your move with you on the phone, you were provided with an honest quote of 2 to 3 hours to complete your move, which includes drive time from our branch and back. These details were also clearly stated in your confirmation email. Again, I apologize if there was a misunderstanding on the phone. We did our best to fit your move into our schedule on short notice and we are sorry that our services were not sufficient.
