- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have done event's for free in the past. But, I am very flexible and negotiable when it comes to payment for speaking engagement's because I love them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want their commitment up front. My time is valuable so I make them put skin in the game, or I move on. It's pretty simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in business focused on management. But I have a Ph.D in personal/leadership development. I have read thousand's of leadership books and received my degree from the school of self education. I am also an ordained minister and a registered Holy Yoga instructor.
