We had a poor experience with a no-show to repair our dryer and he was able to come in the next day to repair it for us. While there, he saw another issue with our dryer and replaced a second part for free. We then hired him to take a look at our dishwasher and he took care of it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend his service!

We had a good experience. He reached out to us proactively and made himself available right away. He was communicative in finding the best day and time and he showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue (with our dryer) and gave us several options for repair with the price and pro-cons of each. The work was done quickly and he went above and beyond to help take some items out of the laundry room and put them back to allow him the space to do the repair. He also said he would come back and fix any issues if anything re-occurred within a window of time after his repair was complete. We would use him again.
