We custom plan every project, whether it is landscape design, maintenance or construction. We utilize AutoCAD and 3D design software to make the project come alive for our clients. I have been in this profession since 1991, while still in High School. I enjoy working with all my clients and I am very passionate about my profession. We are about creating "Honest, Ethical, Creative and Innovative" projects.

Landscape Design Solutions was the perfect company to use. Our patio was old and cracks were all over the patio as a result of age and a nearby large tree root that was pushing the concrete up. We met the designer and salesperson (Charles Cartwright) at the Home Show at the convention center, Columbus, Ohio back in January/February, and he then drew up designs for us to look at and when the weather permitted, the work began. This company came in and the crew was very professional and did an out standing job. as they removed the concrete and then added gravel, sand and finally pavers. I HIGHLY recommend Charles to be contacted--I also was impressed by his crew-Thomas, Big Joey, Little Joey, and Phillip. VERY polite, hard working-definite asset to this company. Many thanks for a job VERY WELL DONE !!! Photo below gives you an idea of just how great the patio looks now.Larry Seifert

LDS was a pleasure to work with from initial conception to completion. They built us a beautiful, custom designed large paver patio with a 18x 26 pavilion and 8x4 bar. My friends are astonished when they come over to visit with the overall quality, appearance, and layout / design. It is like having a resort at your home. Due to the scale of the project other trades, permits and HOA were needed. LDS coordinated and managed everything. A true Turn Key project and build. I highly recommend LDS for custom exterior living space and landscaping.

What started in the fall of 2018 planning, building took place through the winter, yes we built it December through January. This project could have been a pool, but instead we created this awesome outdoor living space. We thank you for the kind review and sharing your experience. Jacob and the LDS Crew did a great job transforming our backyard into our fam's favorite place to gather, relax and cook! The LDS crew is skilled and really seem to care. Listened to our goals, made great design plans & the installers were professional and timely. They made all the painful stuff (permits, payments, etc) easy and continued excellent service (I text lots of questions, etc) after project was done. Job well done!

Fun project from start to finish creating a unique bar and grill which was on of the features in this project aside from the patio and pergola. We incorporated a Brickstone Pizza Oven and a Big Green Egg into this grill and bar space that took some creative planning. Thank you for the review and kind words.
