- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our proven four-step process—Inspect, Identify, Treat, and Follow-up—ensures long-term results. We start with a friendly initial consultation to understand your specific concerns and explain exactly how we’ll solve them. A few days after treatment, we touch base to ensure your home is pest-free and your expectations were fully met.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, we are fully licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. To ensure your safety and the most effective results, our technicians participate in ongoing training programs to master the latest, most innovative pest control methods available.
